How the game works

Core flow

• Each guess pays the entry fee and adds to the prize pool.
• The oracle returns a heat rank: lower = hotter, higher = colder.
• First to submit the exact word can claim the prize on‑chain.
• Claim fast: if you don’t claim, someone else could win and claim first.

Randomness + proof

• Chainlink VRF produces the randomness for each round.
• The word hash is shown on the UI for transparency.
• The commitment ties the round to the final word before reveal.

Hints

Each wallet can buy up to 3 hints per round. Unlocks are time‑based:

• Hint #1: available immediately.
• Hint #2: available once there are 10 minutes left.
• Hint #3: available once there are 5 minutes left.
• If only 5 minutes remain, all 3 hints are available.

Hints never contain the exact word, substrings, or direct synonyms.

Categories

Categories narrow the search space. Use core words of the category first, then triangulate with related terms to climb the heat map.
